The Peace‑of‑Mind Range

For active kids (which is all kids), select styles are covered by our 2‑year unconditional warranty on frame breakages.

• If the frame breaks for any reason within 24 months, we’ll replace or repair the frame.
• Normal wear to lenses isn’t included; ask us about scratch‑resistant and impact‑resistant lens upgrades.
• Simple process: bring the broken frame (or pieces) and your details — we handle the rest.

1. Prescription verification – From us or your ophthalmologist/orthoptist — we accept all valid prescriptions.
2. Fit mapping – Pupillary distance, segment heights and frame alignment measured precisely.
3. Lifestyle matching – Sport, school, device time and hobbies guide material and hinge choices.
4. Lens pairing – We’ll recommend the safest, lightest and clearest lenses for kids.
5. Adjust, re‑adjust, maintain – Free fine‑tuning and nose‑pad/temple tweaks as your child grows.

Yes. We regularly fill prescriptions from ophthalmologists and orthoptists.

What if the frame breaks at school?
If it’s a Peace‑of‑Mind frame and within 24 months, we’ll repair or replace the frame — just bring it in. Otherwise, we stock spare parts and can usually repair quickly.

How often should we check the fit?
Every 6 months, or sooner after a growth spurt. Pop in any time for free adjustments.

Do you fit babies?
Yes. We stock true infant and baby frames and use soft bands/bridges designed for tiny faces.

Can you help if my child won’t wear their glasses?
Often the issue is comfort or slippage. A better fit and lighter materials usually solve it. We’ll coach you and your child.
