More evidence supporting Ortho-K for children – available on the Gold Coast
A recent study monitored axial length in myopic children and found significantly decreased axial length changes in children wearing Ortho-K compared to spectacles. This study was conducted over 5 years and makes a nice addition to the data available so far.
This certainly backs up what we have seen clinically and we look forward to even longer term data over the next few years. This will certainly add to the regional Ortho-K conference to be held on the Gold Coast in July.
We have a dedicated website for Ortho-K, www.nospecs.com.au.
